If you install them on the same domain, set both to use a cookie path which captures where you've installed (.domain.com with path / should cover anything), and open integration/vbulletin.php to type the license number.

I understand wsnlink can be linked up with vBulletin to use the same login.
I installad my vbulletin at: http://www.DoctorQuek.com
Must I install wsnlink at http://www.DoctorQuek.com/wsnlinks/ in order to share the login with vBulletin?
Can I install my wsnlink at say http://freesoftwaredirectory.net?

Cookies must be on the same domain to be shared by sites. Without cookies, it's a matter of where your database is and URL/domain is irrelevant.
