Can you make some changes to wsn gallery my hosting provider has suspended my account because wsngallery was crasing the server. He seaz that runs a lot of PHP proceses and that the load reach 300%. I relay dont know what is happening.
Please help me this is the best script on the net can you optimize it for a large number of images and categories.
I have over 300 categories and over 20 000 images in it can you see what is the problem. i have over 3000 visitors a day.
What is your page load time? If it's not extraordinarily high, then there's no script configuration problem and you've probably just not set a robots.txt and become slurp's latest vicitim. Set a crawl-delay value of, say, 30 seconds.
When ever the script is loaded I see the cpu usage goes up slightly. However when multiple users all load it at the same time the cpu goes much higher thus it has nothing to do with the robots.
