Where are the Theme Packages?
Posted Feb 03, 2012 - 12:50 PM:
I was wondering what happened to the theme packages you used to offer at scripts.webmastersite.net/w...resources/theme-packages/? I am linking to that page from one of my sites and would like to either update the link or remove it if you no longer offer them. Let me know.
You'll need to remove the link as the theme packages are now accessible only via the WSN admin panel, Admin Panel -> Templates -> Theme Installer. Only 6.2 and 7.0 series themes are available at the moment, I presume people typically install themes for new sites for which it'd be unusual to be using an older series anyway.
It saves me hours generating the packages for all 13 themes at once this way instead of the old resources area way, so I can keep them up to date better.
New theme submissions can be sent directly to me, and of course theme packages can be distributed on third party sites.

Thanks Paul. It makes sense so I've removed the links from my site.
