I visited few link on demo version and non of "visited link" images showed up.
They do not show up on my site either where i installed it.

Thanks

Well there's nothing related to that idea in the demo or default templates that I can think of. I guess you're using {LINKISREAD} in a conditional, or was there some template variable that have an image directly? Post whatever you're using.

I'm using original templates for 3.20. Even if I set up something wrong it would be understandable. But the images do not show up on your demo version either. i tried IE and firefox. Both do not display "already viewed" image after i visited the links. So, I'm not sure if it is my computer or it is the script.

The image in the package is .png and not .gif May be this is something to look at?

Once again, there isn't supposed to be any sort of a 'already viewed' image... I'm aware there's a really ugly outline of one in the images subdirectory but it has never been used in the default templates so far as I know. As far as I remember it was just something people could use with the boolean I mentioned above. And since you aren't telling me what template code you're trying to use...
