When I tried upgrading from 5.0.36 - 37 I received the following errors:
---------------------------- An error occoured at /links/admin/autoupgrade.php on 2009-03-04 08:34:39. Please relay this data to support. Error #2: 'set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons' in /links/admin/autoupgrade.php on line 5.
Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /user/htdocs/links/upgrade.php on line 5 Added these items to default: threadadmin_merged modaction_mergedthreads_subject
Done appending languages. Upgrade complete.

Is this serious? Has the upgrade worked? Do I need to do anything to correct the problem?
Hi Further to my post above, I also received another error:
An error occoured. Please relay this data to support. Error #2: 'mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource' in /links/databases/mysql.php on line 50. Debug info:
