With my new version 4 update i have noticed that "»" now looks like this "" in the browser mozilla. I kept all my codes the same before and after the install, i dont know what has happened to cause this error. I even tried messing with charset but nothing has worked.
That indicates the use of a character which isn't in the character set. Do you know which set » is from? Seems to work in this forum's utf-8. Go to Admin -> Customizations -> Language and find the language item named charset.
