I'm planning on installing a seoond directory in the same domain.
I'll put in a different sub-directory .eg. /WSLINKS2/ and use a different SQL database [I need to have the same table names, so I can't use the same one I have]
Make sure the cookie paths are distinct unless you're integrating them. If one is in a subdirectory of another that won't work and you'll have to change the login cookie names to be different.
use a different SQL database
No reason for that. Simply type a different prefix during setup.

Anything else to worry about?

Thanks for the note on the cookies, I never thought of that.
