I would like when I use SEO options for the URLS to be re-directed to as Google does not keep https://www.leisurebuildings.com in it's cache but instead adds the slash to the end
I had to remove the # to show the rewrite base line as suggested as it would not work without.
.You will often need to set a rewrite base value in the .htaccess file. To do so uncomment (remove the #) from the rewrite base line included, and change the value to indicate what directory you have WSN Links in.
I know I can add each page manually to make this work as on this page by using the Rewrite Other Specific URLs option.
What I want is for all re-writes to add the trailing slash automatically as this will ensure a uniform set of URLs on my web site and in Google.

You can't, but I'm sure google isn't stupid enough to not understand that the two urls are the same, presumably they autoappend the slash.
In spite of the lack of practical differences slashes may be in future versions since several people seem to want them.
