Trying to suggest a new link with the following URL:

However the system is telling me that url already exists, however if I do a search for links where url contains the above, it certainly doesn't.

I'm using Commission Junction to add affiliates and this is the sort of URL they generate.

[EDIT} Actually, this is on 4.0.39 since I'm not ready to switch live to 4.1.2 as yet. Do you know if this is fixed in the later versions?

You probably have domain checking on so that you're rejecting anything from the same domain. Admin -> Settings -> Links.

Otherwise, you must have a URL which is the same except for perhaps www. being removed.

Ahh ok. I don't even remember turning that on. I've told it not to reject duplicate domains so I should be ok now. You can mark this on a non-bug. Thanks.
