Google have indexed a large number of the voting pages on my links (ie http://www.mysite.com/vote.php?id=288)
I don't want them to spider members either
How do I stop them? what wording and which file?

For voting, Admin -> Settings -> SEO, select to not allow spiders most places.
To stop them from profiles you'll have to insert a noindex meta tag.
