I have read the manual and some other things I have found in my search but they have only lead me to more confusion.
Here is where I am a bit confused.
html and db fields here
I have created a user group called Sponsor and followed all the other directions.
First question.
Should
be
in my case?
Second question.
Do I copy the table that contains the recip or the regular links and change them to make my new sponsor links.
Third question.
Where exactly in the displaylinks.tpl file to I place the code. It says above the other html, does that mean above the RECIP LINKS?
Sorry if I am a bit dense but I am just not getting it for some reason.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Rick
P.S. A payment has been made so I know that everything else is working correctly but I am not seeing this particular link going to the top of the listing which is why I have asked the questions above. Thanks.
1. Yes. 2. Do whatever you want to do. I don't know what you want it to like like, if you want it to look like one of the existing link types then you can copy that. 3. Wheverever you want it to be displayed, which again is up to you. The manual simply suggests that if it's for sponsors you probably want it towards the top to make your sponsors happy that they're more easily seen. (Of course if you mix link types and set 'separate sponsor types' to 'no' then it wouldn't matter.)
