Sponsored Images Do not show any differently

When I submit a sponsored image, it does not look any different, nor does it change position in my gallery. Is there other code that I need in order to get this to work?

It'll look like whatever you choose to make the image type you've selected to promote sponsors to look like: scripts.webmastersite.net/w...tending/link_types-35.html
If you want it separated, your sponsorship page has a separation option or you can choose to not mix image types.
