I get this error with both of my sites running wsnlinks so if you submit to google via sitemap you will probably get the same warnings. Im not sure if this issue was corrected in the newer version of wsnlinks and if these warnings are significant at all.
Below is what you will see if you keep clicking the warning link on google :
Invalid tag value
A tag is an XML element. For instance, in the following snippet, <loc> is a tag.
The value of a tag is what's contained between the opening tag and closing tag. In this example, http://www.example.com/ is contained between the opening tag <loc> and closing tag </loc>, so it is the value for the <loc> tag.
If you see this error, your Sitemap contains a tag with an invalid value. The error lists the tag and the line number it's on. For more information on valid values for the tags in the Sitemap protocol, see the protocol document. Once you have fixed the value, resubmit your Sitemap.
http://www.validome.org/google/ claims that 2007-09-26 isn't a valid date, but all internet sources say that's the format google wants dates in. Will have to wait a few days for google itself to tell me if it sees errors.
Maybe google does sitemaps.org maps now like their instructions say? Have you tried that?
I have copied and pasted the google errors in to a word document which is attached to my message. I dont understand it maybe you will have a better idea as to why im having these errors.
Ahh now i remember why i did that, i was hoping to not have profiles in map.xml so i set it to nothing. Is there a way to not include profile in the map.xml file ? I rather the search engine not index it.
As long as the member system is on it'll be listed. I wouldn't count on a search engine not indexing what isn't in the map anyway. You can add a noindex meta tag to tell them what not to index, like <IF {CURRENTURL} contains action=profile><meta name="...whatever that tag is></IF>

Google says there's nothing wrong with my sitemap, so I'll have to see yours.

You have no priority value for profiles. You need to write a number between 0 and 1 in the box there on the SEO page for profiles.
