I have asked this before in a support ticket but I cant remember how to do this...
I have created a seach form that has a drop down list of categories as part of the search query. Problem is if a link is aliased to a category, they do not show up when tha category is searched. I need them to show up even if they are just aliased to the category.
I realise this will cause them to show up miltiple times during a normal search, but I am not using normal search.
The code says that if you fill in catidsearch, incatid or catid form fields (all the ways one would normally search specific categories or groups thereof) it doesn't eliminate aliases. What's the HTML of your category dropdown?
