Use category names in URL set to yes Replace spaces in category names with _ Name to use for threads: thread Format for link details rewriting: details/{LINKTITLE}-{LINKID}.html Rewrite member list, profiles and help items? no Use only lowercase? yes
When going to a category it only rewrites the cat ID, not the name.
In the wrapper template I have: <td background="templates/default/images/headerbk.gif" >
When viewing the source of those pages through my browser it only has: <td background="templates/default/images/headerbk.gif" >, so is missing the full url, which is why it will show on the main page. Yet all the other graphics on the page show correctly.
Categoryies with characters which are illegal in urls can't do name rewriting.
Make your image url absolute, you don't want a relative url when categories are subdirectories.
Edit: Seems I can't type that template variable which represents the templates directory in the forum, even though I remember fixing that bug a dozen times.

Under SEO I have...
Use category names in URL set to yes
Replace spaces in category names with _
Name to use for threads: thread
Format for link details rewriting: details/{LINKTITLE}-{LINKID}.html
Rewrite member list, profiles and help items? no
Use only lowercase? yes
When going to a category it only rewrites the cat ID, not the name.
Also, I have a background image on a table at the top of the page. The background shows fine on the main page (http://www.worldofdogs.co.uk/) but not on displaylinks or details pages (http://www.worldofdogs.co.uk/131/)

PLEASE NOTE: there is no space in the above line before gif - this forum added it :-)
