Greetings, finally opened my WSN powered website to the public, everything's going fine so far. I've encountered a new problem however, which, from the looks of it, is just an oversight in the programming (or i'm using the wrong selector, one of the two). I want to avoid having people accidentally forgetting to select an image to upload when posting files to their albums and the overall website (it's an easy mistake to make if you're used to posting on forums alot). I used the required fields options to make the filefield required. This works fine, and when submitting images, if no image is selected for upload it won't allow the submission to go through. The problem is, enabling this also applies the same restriction to edit.php. The end result is that with filefield being made a required field, users are unable to edit their existing submissions as it comes back saying all fields have not been filled.
Any easy way to fix this, or should I be using a different selector other than filefield?
EDIT: On a similar note, when editing your post, the alias (secondary category) link you chose when submitting your image is selected by default, the end result is that after applying the changes to your post, if you don't unselect your alias category when in the edit menu, your image will now appear twice in the alias category.

I'll make the filefield reqirement be ignored in edit.php.
your image will now appear twice in the alias category.
I can't reproduce that. It is of course supposed to be pre-selected, so that you can remove them by de-selecting.
I do get a mistaken total listed (fixing that minor issue). No actual duplicate image though.
