Hi. I've had my directory up and running for several months now. So far, so good. Every now and then I go into the admin and use the reciprocal link checker, and it has always worked fine. I have not made any changes to any settings in some time.
Today, when I went to use the reciprocal link checker it was flagging every site, even though I could easily verify reciprocal links were present. It passed none. What could have suddenly gone wrong without any setting changes to provoke an error?

Is it a shared web host? Perhaps the host made a change, such as removing curl or disabling fopen url wrappers without adding curl.
