I have this message showing up on all of my WSN Links pages. What does it mean and do I really need this ?

I'd like to remove it from at least some of the windows, such as the instant chat window. Which template do I need to edit to remove the message?

So far I haven't been able to figure out where it's coming from.

Under Admin > Settings > System Configuration at the bottom of the page change the debug level to normal
