Not yet, but I updated my development computer to PHP 7 and worked on that this afternoon, and was able to solve all of the immediately obvious compatibility problems. The next release (9.2.44) should generally function with PHP 7, though there are likely to be more obscure compatibility bugs showing up later so I'd recommend PHP 5 for a production site for at least the next few weeks.
