Looks like a problem with the member rating formula. The upgrade should've corrected it, but apparently not, so go to Admin -> Members -> Settings and just submit the settings as is to resave, which should remove the html entities.
I can't imagine how this error would persist unless there's a differently-bad member rating formula. If you tell me what your formula is that might help but I'll probably need to see the site: scripts.webmastersite.net/w...t/wsnforum/inspection.html

I get this error when I go on a forum, if I come back in the same session on this forum, the error no longer appears.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&' in classes/member.php(1329) : eval()'d code on line 1

The formula is the original $ rating = ($ this-> topics * 2) + ($ this-> posts)
Apparently the error disappeared with the last update.
