I have ran version 2.55 for some time with no issues, now I get get nothing but parse errors on the pages. I have asked for help for over a week and can't get a response.
I have really tried to figure this out .. I'm guessing it's a data issue. i would love to upgrade, but I'm worried about the past data.. as there is a year or so worth of information that I would like to retain.
Any suggestions, help or assistance to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Example of current error when going to main page, or any page for that matter.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /home/notarybe/public_html/rate/commonfuncs.php(129) : eval()'d code on line 1421 11 total queries This page was created in 2.1279709339142 seconds
In doing some futher checking, it seems that my 2.55 installation is still funcational with XP and IE6 users, with 7 or VISTA users.. it gives a parse error when going to any page within the area that I have wsnlinks installed. This includes the index.php page. I will upgrade but want to know that I'm going to be able to upgrade without further issues. Any ideas while a parse error would occur with v7 of IE or VISTA?
Don't post errors related to versions which are years out of date, I'm not interested since I presumably fixed them years ago and I don't have a copy of 2.55 to check anyhow.
