I tried to override the default permissions for one of my categories and it didn't seem to take. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or there is a problem.
I tried to make it so guests cannot vote in one specific category but when I tested it, guests could still vote.
That particular permission doesn't, though some of the others do. Changed now for 3.16 to make that one work. Will be releasing 3.16 sometime late tonight, hopefully.
