Paul,

Using:
-Links Sponsorship enabled.
-Links sponsor type entered into the displaylinks template.

- New Sponsor Usergroup created.
- Member Usergroup Promotion enabled.

- Mix links type: settled to " no" .

- Having a member being promoted to sponsor group (a group that allows him to publish more links)

- This sponsor member publishes a regular link. (I am not using the feature to promote all links to a new group type).

- Strangelly this new link is shown at the bottom of displaylinks page.

-Checking all the alternatives I realize that by setting Mix links type to " yes " this link is presented at the current default order correctly.

So it seems that this link is being treated as of a special type not regular nor any other type I have (I do not have any type to present bellow the regulars).

The problem is that I do need not to mix types as I am using links promotion too.

Daniel.

When you edit the link, what type does it say?

There's nothing unusual about links submitted by sponsored members. Show me:

login admin / temp for admin and test / test for sponsored account

Editing it sais ' regular '.

- Your sandbox is working presenting them on correct order.

- At my install now after reselecting Mix links type: settled again to " no " it presents them on the correct order. It´s curious as I haven´t make any other changer. So there´s no bug for the moment.

Heard from someone that they had an issue because they didn't realize link types were case-sensitive. Maybe that was related to your issue here. I'm now automatically lowercasing the types when input.
