I don't know the exact changes, but am pretty sure there were some bug fixes. I have to say that I always tend to upgrade as soon as possible - straight away for my important sites then the others follow on as and when.

Fixes (mostly mentioned on forum), the member list secondary order, watermarking for GD, and text watermarks is all I recall.
