Hello,
Before installing the new version (4) i need answer to this question;
I want to make a "clean install" of version 4 then import links/data from my old SQL database which is used with my current install of WSN Links (3.0.5).
Is this possible?

You don't import, you upgrade your existing version. See readme.html and click the "To upgrade from 3.0.x". Follow the instructions.
If you don't want upgrade a live install, make a copy of your current version before upgrading it.
