New install error

After new install in the admin area I receive this error when clicking:
System configuration
Categories
General

Switches
Edit Categories
Edit Listing
are ok.



Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/aseantr/public_html/1/wsnadmin/prefs.php on line 159

The installation seems to have a problem with details and setting area.
