I don't see anything wrong in your templates, so it's probably a language problem. Just your first element is missing, which would be the site title. Do you have no site title entered at Admin -> Settings -> System? How about the language item nav_origin?
You were probably unlucky enough to upgrade during the half hour or so that there was an upgrade bug damaging language files on the 5.0.26 upgrade, before I fixed it.
