I'm hoping that I'm missing something here. Please set me straight.

When a user edits their link, it shows up in the validation list at the bottom of the validation page.

The problem that I'm having is that sometimes the user edits are invalid, in other words I don't approve of these edits and would like to reject them.

I can't find a reject option for edits.

And if I try to "delete" the edit request, it deletes the link instead.

In order to keep these unwanted edit requests from accumulating, I'm forced into approving the bad edits, and then obviously I must undo these invalid edits and return them to the way they were before.

WSN is great software, what am I missing?

I don't know what your problem could be, but simply check the box and select 'reject' the same as for rejecting all other items.

Doh, you are right Paul.

I guess I was wanting to send a custom rejection so that I could explain why the edits were not accepted, but *that* is what is missing. I'm able to do a general reject, but not able to provide the specific reason, like I'd like.

I'd like to edit the email text that gets sent when a link edit is rejected so I can add information about common edit rejection reasons.

What language var is this?

I wouldn't know, but in your 'language' section simply type some part of the email text to search for it.
