In the first, after installation has not created file Russian.lng, I have made it manually and have found out that are used simultaneously from a folder "setup" fullenglish.lng - as the basic for registered users, englishonly.lng and russian.lng - for guests ... I have translated and copy in all files the same content and all the same lines undertake it is not known from what file, for example " User's Link Collection " About the generator HTML - process goes, and files are not created, it can certainly adjustments of a host, but then there would be problems with uploading files, and it works normally
Did you select Russian as your default language in the settings? Did you set your registration defaults to select it? Are you sure your russian.lng file is readable?
(Will check on the HTML generation later, since it's untested it probably is a bug.)
