In template 'suggestlink.tpl is not correct code in this part:

<OTHERWISE>

</IF>

and therefore the max # of characters feature doesn't work.

Is perhaps confuse 'editform' to 'submitform' and then its ok.

Multilingual issue. Applying the default template set's html there to multilingual now.
