I bought WSNLinks quite a while ago, and thought I should look into upgrading. The hosting company that I was hosting with closed shop. I have to install the WSNLinks on another host and upload my backup copy of the website. My email is not recognized to login to support or customer area. I don't remember the email or username for logging into Customer Area.
Is there a time limit on upgrades? Does the customer have to purchase upgrades? How does the upgrade process work? The login no longer works on the WSN site. I tried all the various email addresses I have, none seemed to be recognized, and I could not find the registration confirmation email.
The website that had the WSN Links was osy-directory.com I thought the email was firebird_411 "at" yahoo "dot" com
No limit on upgrades. There was a one-time request last year for a $30 payment for immediate access to the latest series, though you can opt out and get the latest free. The upgrade process is described in readme.html, basically upload files and run upgrade.php.
Search paypal if you used it.
