Don't know if this is just specific to 4.1.0. beta1 or not...
I use javascript export for my nav.menu. Was working fine one minute and gone the next. I went into the admin and just clicked on save again and it was ok. Seems that when it regenerated it did not do it properly and left a blank file.
Edit: 2½ hours later and it happened again - menu disappeared - I clicked save the javascript export and it appeared again.

hmm - doesn't seem to have happened again! Possibly a prob with the server just at that moment when regenerating?
