Whenever I try to install I get languages files are missing. The laguages/ attachments/ and /admin/ folders are chmodded to 0. When I change them to 755 via cpanel I get all kinds of errors. I think my host does not allow 777.

How do i get around it?

I can only say what I've said in the CHMOD manual entry. Ask your host if you need more help.
