Im realy in need of support. With all due respect, i understand you have to work on the script to but as a customer i assume i can expect some support as well ? I know there's a timezone difference but i did expected some replies last night..
So basically it means... i get a reply per day...and if you dont reply it will only take longer for me to finish it all up. And i realy didnt expected so much problems with it.. And as nobody else replies or helps to a solution i have to wait for you..
You get the same as everyone else, same as it has always been, and that's not going to change. I work 7 days a week, but some days all my time will be spent on development and email.
Like i said ,i understand but the problems im facing shouldnt even exist.. And i do work 7 days a week to,and still everything continues... Run 8 own websites,do support (u.s) in my field...so im just as busy...
It's not magic, there are an infinite variety of possibilities so when you do things nobody has tried before you can get unexpected results. I've done hundreds of ODP imports and yours is the first to involve apostropied categories. And certainly nobody can guess what size you want your selectors in advance.
Anyhow it'll be that much quicker and certainly more plesant for both of us if you stick to asking questions instead of this sort of thing.
Edit: This customer persisted with another long tirade about lack of support the next day, so I've issued an unrequested refund in order to get back to business as usual.
