When this check springs into action and I click confirm it's ok, when it returns to the page there are errors. (parse errors?)

I then have to edit and just save the link again.

Is it possible to turn this feature off?

It's off by default and doesn't apply to descriptions even when on, at least not on my sites. Admin -> Settings -> Comments.

Please give me steps for seeing an illiteracy message for descriptions. Simply submitting an illiterate link never brings one...

I have comments switched off. So, I switched them on and looked at the setting, which was Yes - no, I had not touched or changed it smiling face Have now changed it to no and turned comments off again.

It happened on about three submissions - After clicking submit I had the illiteracy message come up (I hadn't put a full stop at the end so guessed it was because of that) Clicking to confirm ok produced the errors all over the page. Edited and saved without amending and it was ok.

I haven't had it on the latest links I have been adding. Perhaps it was a glitch caused by something else then? Will let you know if it happens again.
