How can I make the url rewrite always insert a fake folder in the link?

I have links like:

http://www.datingservices.com/Dating_Services/

I need them to be:

www.datingservices.com/Cate...Categories/Dating_Services

and still have the same thing I have now on the main page... you can see where I am developing the new site using WSN Links (paid) at http://www.mega-php.com
