I have setting to allow me to use html, but I want to turn it off for one little section to actually show the html code to the visitor so they can copy it. Is this possible?

Putting html inside a textarea makes it copyable. Also you can use the HTML entities & # 6 0 ; and & # 6 2 ; (without spaces) in place of < and >.
