All paid submissions have been auto-approved once the payment is made, but I want to turn it off.

I look around at the admin panel, and did not see an option that turns off the auto-approval for sponsored submissions.

Can any one tell me how I can set it off?

Admin -> Members -> Manage Usergroups -> require validation of sponsored links
