I learned in the forum that a new member always register to usergroup 2 (member).
I really need the possibility to offer 3 different registration forms which register a new user to different usergroups with different permissions. Manual move to a certain usergroup after registration is not an option.
So how can I make it? Is there a workaround? Or do you plan to implement this in a future version? When?
You can't register to different groups, since making that possible would allow someone to manipulate the form to register as an admin. Since it's been requested a few times there'll be an option for the admin to set registerable groups in 2.2, but I can't tell you when that is.
