Comments on How to check duplicate links?

I expected it to be in the Maintenance section with the "Duplicate Members" and everything... I'm using 3.3.13

Go to settings->switches, make sure it's switched on. Once it's on, refresh the admin panel menu and the checkers have a whole section to theirselves.

I have a directory where tons of links have the same title, and they are all marked as duplicates although the URLs are different.

Just went through checking my duplicates and it's only marked the one where it had the same url.
