Hide in details.tpl How to hide content byselecting the hide function?

How to hide content by selecting the hide function?
When i see my links, hide them in my panel, i can still access them by url change.
i see /links/input-156.html above in my browser, i make it /links/input-1.html and see my HIDE link full detailspage.
-example, i tried, but not working----
<IF {LINKISHIDE} is yes> clean html content
<OTHERWISE> full html content
</IF>

The point of hiding is to allow access by direct url but not list... if you don't want it to be accessible then it should be deleted.
