Until I'm told differently I will presume it works for all versions. It's simple enough it should. 2. Just setting them all as higher numbers than the fields you have should work, I believe.

I'm trying like crazy to get importer.php to work, but dang if I can get it. I'm editing files on Windows but running the script on Linux.
