Hi Paul!

I have a couple of questions regarding importer.php

1. Will it work for 3.3.5 version?
2. I don't know much sql so I wonder how to edit the file for my purpose. My flat file only has title, url, description and I don't need all the other fields. How can I set the other fields to 0?

Regards
Pankaj

1. Until I'm told differently I will presume it works for all versions. It's simple enough it should.
2. Just setting them all as higher numbers than the fields you have should work, I believe.

Hi Pankaj

Would you mind posting your importer.php file and a vanilla version of your links file?

I'm trying like crazy to get importer.php to work, but dang if I can get it.

I'm editing files on Windows but running the script on Linux.

I'm using version 3.3.19, not sure if this makes a difference.

Thanks so much smiling face

Importer.php was revised recently for better defaulting of unspecified fields, though a 3.3.5 version would still work.
