2. How can someone who submits a regular or reciprocal link, later upgrade to sponsored link?
3. How do I configure just two link types and conditions: a) reciprocal links and b)sponsored links. I tried removing regular links from the settings and enabling sponsored links, but on the link submission page that setup appears to require that sponsor links also be reciprocal links. I want to exempt sponsored links from having to reciprocate links -- make it optional. Now of course, that implies that once a sponsor link expires, the link may be disabled if there is no corresponding reciprocal link.
4. How do I integrate recurring billing with sponsorship? For example $10 per month would be billed to the customer's paypal account.
