For the second time ive had a link submitted that doesnt show.
in my mail it says : (edited a bit)
------------------------ A new link has been suggested for your links directory. You may login to your admin section to validate or reject it: http://www.mysite.com/admin/
Are you requiring people to validate their emails? It won't show for validation until they confirm the email. I'll look into having the notifications not sent until the email is confirmed.
what you mean by "requiring people to validate their emails"
AGAIN i received 2 mails saying :
A new link has been suggested for your links directory. You may login to your admin section to validate or reject it
the text in the mails.. ------------first one------- Title: Hermitage Amsterdam opent op 20 juni URL: http://www.architectuur.org/#140120093 Description: Category: Type: regular Reciprocal URL: ----------------------
If you didn't check Admin -> Members -> Manage Usergroups -> (any group) -> Links -> Needs to confirm email for any group then my fix wasn't applicable to you and I have no idea what other settings could cause it.
I have mails telling ME that i need to validate a submitted LINK
That's what I fixed -- for the permissions described above -- by having it not send the email to admin until the submitter takes required action.
well yesterday i had another comment posted and it showed to what the person commented,so that looks good.. if whatever happens again i will notify you about it.. thank you.
