Comments on ghost submissions ?

It won't show for validation until they confirm the email. I'll look into having the notifications not sent until the email is confirmed. Edit: done.

I have mails telling ME that i need to validate a submitted LINK But nothing is there..

I have mails telling ME that i need to validate a submitted LINK That's what I fixed -- for the permissions described above -- by having it not send the email to admin until the submitter takes required action.
