I know that 3.3.19 can allow all URLs to be lower case, but so far I haven't figured out how to turn it on (switches, other things...).

Where do I turn this on?

I have mod_rewrite working, .htaccess renamed, etc.

Settings > Search & SEO > Use only lowercase? (found on right side)
