What I sometimes see at (mainly article) sites, is that abbreviations or difficult words or even simply names of other website in descriptions are underlined or contain 'automatic' links to an explanation or links to the particular site that is named. Basically, every time an article owner uses that particular code-word it is automatically shown 'converted'.
As I haven't tried it with WSN Codes, this may be something that is possible just using the code-list there.

Censor/replace would be the way to do that, not WSN codes.
