The usergroup permission for being able to email members also controls whether they can email submitters, since they're basically the same idea. If you want to allow emailing other members but not link submitters then you'll have to make a template edit.

Hi
Looked around the Admin but can't see how to turn off the "E-mail Submitter" link, when someone is a member.
I could do it in the Template, but would prefer to keep it there just in case though.
Any help

Hi Richard,
In member settings manage usergroups if you select
members there are radio buttons for
' can email ' links other members, perhaps this
would solve your problem
Otherwise you could just comment out the relevant
section in the template - which you have probably
alredy thought of
