I still feel (and so does my google webmasters account) that listings in several categories create duplicate content. Now whilst I agree that Google is good at handling duplicate content on a site, and you are not actually penalised for it, I feel that it could be greatly improved. No duplicate content would be much better.
So, would it be possible to have alias links contain a canonical tag pointing to the original? That way navigation is maintained, but Google and other search engines are made aware of the original content, rather that indexing multiple versions of the same link.

I don't think everyone will want to do that, but I'll add an option in the SEO settings to decide whether to do that or not.
