At the main category page we have directory last updated date.
This date is considering the updates of personal link list. I believe at the main page we should consider updates of public links but not personal link list updates. On the other hand is interesting to know if personal link lists have being updated. This date can be published at the main page of admin panel.

Agreed that it should exclude personal list additions, changing that, but not adding anything to show the link list update date for the moment.
